Unlike competing providers, we offer a more convenient way to gain a deeper, more complete understanding of your health through comprehensive bloodwork.  We do this by sending a phlebotomist right to your front door to draw your blood, your blood is then sent right to the lab to be processed and your results are uploaded to your portal for your review.  The results that you will receive from MyHomeLabs tests are comprehensive lab results that can be taken to your primary care physician, or you can reach out to one of our telehealth providers to go over the results if you have questions.

We are proud to provide a diverse set of testing options, including diagnostic tests administered in your own home by certified phlebotomists. Available tests include:

Once you are on our website, you can visit the Test Kits tab at the top of the page. You can then browse through each section of the available test kits and see what test works best for your needs. Once you have made the selection that is right for you, put it into your cart to check out. Once you have purchased your test kit, you will receive your test kit within 2-3 business days.

Once you have received your test kit, you will need to register the test kit online and schedule your phlebotomist appointment.

To register your test kit and schedule your phlebotomy appointment go to www.myhomelabs.com and then click the Register button and enter your unique kit ID found on the kit insert.

Currently, we are not able to ship test kits outside of the United States.

Yes, MyHomeLabs is HIPAA compliant. You can read how we protect your private information in our privacy policy.

All the labs that have partnered with MyHomeLabs go through a vetting process conducted by an internal MyHomeLabs team. This process, among other factors, identifies if a lab is CLIA certified. A CLIA certified lab ensures that the test results exceed the industry standard for clinical laboratory testing.

Yes, we accept FSA/HSA payments.

Yes, shipping is included in the cost of the test.

Yes, the cost of the phlebotomist visit is included in the cost of the test kit.

No, you do not need a prescription to order a test with MyHomeLabs.

Currently, we do not accept insurance.

No, you don’t need to be home when your test kit is delivered.  You can schedule your mobile phlebotomist at home or at your office – wherever is convenient for you.

No, your results will not be shared with anyone.  Your results are uploaded in our HIPAA secure dashboard. You can read how we protect your private information in our privacy policy.

Yes, shipping is very discreet. We ship our test kit in an unmarked brown box.

We cannot ship test kits to a PO Box.

You will know that your order has been delayed if you check your tracking information on the FedEx website with the tracking information that was provided when your test kit was shipped, and it shows that your package is delayed.

If you have received an email saying your order has been delivered and you didn’t receive your test kit, please contact our customer service team. customers@myhomelabs.com.

Yes, you can track your order. We ship our test kits with FedEx. You will receive an email and tracking number once your order has shipped.
